Experience

chess.rodeo — my own product, built solo. 12,000+ monthly users, 80,000+ games analyzed.
Positive Technologies — CPO. Responsible for the vulnerability management products: MaxPatrol VM, MaxPatrol HCC, MaxPatrol 8 and XSpider. In 2023 and 2024 they brought the company more than 5 billion rubles a year (shipments by product in the annual results). The team was 200+ people.
Ozon Global — CPO. Cross-border delivery of goods from abroad and the launch of Ozon in Kazakhstan.
KFC — responsible for the mobile app and the restaurant management panel in Russia. After we rebuilt the checkout, conversion to payment grew from 10% to 19%.
PIK Group — led the employee portal and worked as an analyst and developer on AutoBOP, a system for controlling construction schedules.

Product consulting. We work out what to build first, what to drop and where the product loses people. For founders and product teams.

MVP development. I design it, write the code and deploy it myself. I work with individuals and companies (via KOZDEV LLC).

Mentoring. 1–2 hour calls on your project: you build, I help. After a few sessions you won't need me.

Partnership. I occasionally join projects as a technical co-founder.
