- Positive Technologies — CPO. Responsible for the vulnerability management products: MaxPatrol VM, MaxPatrol HCC, MaxPatrol 8 and XSpider. More than 5 billion rubles a year, a team of 200+ people.
- Ozon Global — CPO. Cross-border delivery of goods from abroad and the launch of Ozon in Kazakhstan.
- KFC — responsible for the mobile app and the restaurant management panel in Russia. After we rebuilt the checkout, conversion to payment grew from 10% to 19%.
- PIK Group — led the employee portal.
- chess.rodeo — my own product, built solo: 12,000+ monthly users.
